Artist Nghiem Xuan Hung
- Born in 1953 in Vinh Phuc. Currently living and working in Hanoi.
- 1966: Studied Junior High School (7 years) at Vietnam College of Fine Arts.
- 1972: After graduating from the sculpture department, he went to work at the animation studio, with the task of drawing animation.
- 1975: Worked in the Sculpture Department, Fine Arts Department, Ministry of Culture.
- 1978: Studied Sculpture, undergraduate program at the University of Fine Arts.
- 1980: He created the terracotta work "Protect Life", 1m60 high, monolithic (one copy is on display at the Vietnam Fine Arts Museum, the other at the University of Theater and Cinema).
- 1982: Working at the Testing Department of UNIMEX Hanoi.
- 1986: Worked at the Sculpture Department - Vietnam Fine Arts Association.
- Since 1989, freely composed on many topics: Landscapes, still lifes, portraits... using many materials: silk, lead, ceramic, prints, paper carving, engraved paint,... Especially , all lacquer paintings in the exhibition organized by the IMF Office for the first time in Vietnam were sold out.
- Since 1998, specializing in oil painting in the style of surrealist paintings.
- Since 2003, all of his paintings have been under contract by APRICOTS gallery.
- Since 2013, contacted collector Truong Van Thuan and has cooperated with Binh Minh Art Gallery until now.
