- Alias: Dong A Tran.

- Born in 1943 in Minh Cuong, Thuong Tin, Ha Tay (now Hanoi), passed away in 2010.

- Graduated from the University of Industrial Fine Arts, course I (1971).

- Member of the Vietnam Fine Arts Association, majoring in painting.

- Studied and received knowledge and skills from masters of the resistance class such as Luu Cong Nhan, Le Van Xuong, Nguyen Trong Kiem.

- Was one of the artists who laid the foundation for the art design genres: Stage, cinema, music, television... right from the first day of the establishment of the television station and held the position of Deputy Director of the Fine Arts Center of Vietnam Television.

- Won the A prize of the Hanoi Fine Arts Association in 1997.

- Had many exhibitions abroad organized by the Vietnam Fine Arts Association.

- Some works are kept at the Vietnam Museum of Fine Arts and the Museum of Oriental Art (Russia).
