- Born in 1962 in Hanoi.

- 1977 - 1982: 5-year Intermediate Fine Arts student at Vietnam University of Fine Arts.

- 1982: Passed the university entrance exam at Vietnam University of Fine Arts, reserved the exam results to perform military service.

- 1982 - 1984: Performed military service, served at Artillery Command.

- 1985: first-year student at Vietnam University of Fine Arts.

- 1985 - 1986: Studying German at Hanoi University of Foreign Languages.

- 1987 - 1993: Studied at the Department of Painting at Berlin University of the Arts (Kunstshochule-Weissensee).

- 1993 - 1997: lived and painted in Berlin.

- 1997 until now living and working in Ho Chi Minh City.

- During his career, he painted many topics and genres with many different materials (mainly Acrylic); But "abstract expression" is the genre that he is most passionate about, pursues and is most successful in.
